Charging and discharging resistor is used to discharge the electric energy after the capacitor is charged, and usually parallel connection with the capacitor. In case of power-supply fluctuation, discharge current will flow through working circuit, which seriously disturbs circuit stable operation and possibly damages equipment such as capacitors. With resistor, charging and discharging current will flow through the resistor to protect circuit and equipment. Resistor operation can be controlled by intelligent technology to work more accurately, more reasonably and more stably.
